September 21 Oconto Fly In & Car Show

Saturday
8:15am: Meet at Daves' home N8533 Hwy 55 Seymour

8:30am: Depart

There is plenty to do and see all day. Last year over 350 cars and planes. Food, vendors and a remote RC plane show. Bring your lawn chairs. We be stopping for dinner on our way home.

September 25 Appleton North High School

Homecoming Parade

Wednesday
4:30pm: Meet at Fox Valley Lutheran High School

5:10pm: Drop off navigators at Copper Rock Coffee Shop

Then proceed on JJ to French Road, turn right and proceed to parking lot to line up for the parade.

6:00pm: Parade starts.

We need 8 Vettes to transport the students. No limit on the number of Vettes in parade. We are allowed to toss candy. Dinner after parade will be at the Stoneyard Sports Bar.

Deadline to sign-up is Sunday, Sept. 22.

October 3 Valley Vettes Board Meeting

October 4 Appleton East Homecoming Parade

Friday
We need 17 to 20 cars to parade the homecoming court from Meade Pool to Appleton East H.S. We can throw candy from cars.
4:30pm: Meet at Target, East side of Appleton
Depart for Meade Pool.

Drop off passenger at Hank & Karen's Tavern

Then on to Meade Pool for staging.
Please decorate your cars East colors are red and blue.
Diner: Georges Steak House

October 6 Fall Dinner Cruise

2:30pm: Meet at the Darboy Plaza at Calumet St. and Cty Road N

3:00pm: Depart for cruise.

Hydration starts at 4:00 with dinner to follow.

Dress Code: Come in what makes you feel comfortable.

The auction is being handled by Stephen Hill and details will be announced shortly. All questions on the auction and charity should be directed to Stephen Hill.

The cost is $26.00 per person including tax and tip. A CHECK only should be made payable to Valley Vettes Corvette Club. All checks should be given to Sue Krenz either in person or mailed to her home.

The checks will not be cashed until a few days after the party.

Please sign up in advance, but you will not be confirmed until the check is received by Sue Krenz. If you pay and cannot attend the party you will not get a refund. The club has to pay for the number of meals reported on December 1, 2024. If you pay and cancel prior to 12-1-2024 you are eligible for a refund.
