Affaire of the heart dance & raffle to
benefit Spina Bifida
Letters of
intent are available for anyone that is willing to contact someone for
donations for door prizes or cash to the Spina Bifida group. Books of
raffle tickets are available to anyone willing to sell them and fliers
are available to post anywhere we can to help to support this event.
This is the big money raiser of the year for Spina Bifida. All money
stays in the Fox Valley. Raffle tickets are $2.00 each or 3 for $5.00.
Three raffle ticket stubs will admit one into the dance and raffle.
There is usually bucket raffles at the dance also.
Please
join club members at the Darboy Club on the corner of Cty. KK & N from
6:30 to 11:30 PM to support Spina Bifida.
If you are
interested in the Fish Fry at the Darboy Club, let Dick/Carol Rank know
at 733-2708 so reservations can be made. We will meet in the small lower
Level bar in the Northwest corner of the building between 5:30 & 6:00 PM
with dinner at 6:30 PM. Immediately following dinner, we will go
upstairs to the dance & raffle. If you did not purchase raffle tickets
in advance, then can be purchased there.
Please
stop in at the dance & raffle even for a short time to show your support
for this charity.

Annual Steak Fry - The Whiting Boat House
Social: 6:00 P.M.
Dinner: 7:00 P.M.
Cost: $12.50 per person
Take your Sweetheart out for a fabulous steak dinner! Valley
Vettes invites you to its Annual Steak Fry at the Whiting Boat House in
Neenah. Chef’s Steve, Rick and Dennis will be your cooks.
The club will provide the meat, potatoes and salad. If your last
name begins with A-L, please bring along an appetizer to share, and if
your last name begins with M-Z, please bring a dessert. Also, please bring
your own plates and utensils. Beverages will also be provided by the club.
Since steaks must be purchased in advance, payment is requested as your

This has always been a fun event and a great
opportunity to get together with friends over the winter months, so don’t

Where: The 10th
Frame 618 W. Wisconsin Ave, Appleton
Time: Please arrive at 12:00 Noon so we can eat at 12:30 (before
bowling)
Bowling: Starts: 1:30PM
Cost: $15.00 per person or $30.00 per couple
Krazy bowling will take place at a new location this year. The 10th
Frame in Appleton will provide us with great food and dry bowling. We
will eat before bowling this year. We are asking that you make your food
selection by the March Club Meeting (menu attached to the signup sheet),
so the 10th frame can have it ready for us @ 12:30. The
$15.00 per person includes 3 games of bowling with shoes and a sandwich
basket. If you are not interested in bowing the cost is $8.00 for the
sandwich basket. The club will provide the beer and soda for the
afternoon.

The 37th Annual St. Ignace Car Show Weekend
A block
of rooms has been reserved at the Thunderbird Inn, Mackinaw City, MI for
Thursday 6/28 through Saturday 6/30. The Great Race cars will be in St.
Ignace at the time of the car show and will travel up to Sault Ste.
Marie, where we may follow them. A flyer for the Great Race is attached
